What kind of relationship we think we have with the world as a whole has a substantial impact on our mental health and well-being.
Do we seek a relationship with a God who loves us and protects us? Do we perceive ourselves as a part of a vast, timeless web of nature? Do we construct our own meaning in a universe that otherwise is uncaring? How we view our role in the world as a whole impacts our lives deeply. It is what gives us meaning.
Through spiritual counselling, we explore this role, and examine how it can impact your life to make it more rich, whole, and fulfilling. We look at how you might want to express this meaning in your life, from ritual to relationships to reading, working from within your own religious tradition or from the perspective of a seeker, exploring and clarifying the meaning that you have already found and are still looking for.
